DAY 1 USA - DUBROVNIK

Our pilgrimage begins with our transatlantic flights to Dubrovnik.

DAY 2 DUBROVNIK - MEDJUGORJE

Arrive Dubrovnik. Transfer to Medjugorje. Dinner and overnight.

DAYS 3 - 6 MEDJUGORJE

Medjugorje is a simple mountain village. Experience its beauty, spirituality, and peace. During our stay, we will share our faith with thousands of people from all over the world. Each morning at 10:00am, we meet at St. James Church for the English language Mass (Feast days and Sundays English Mass is at noon). Our local bilingual tour guide will escort us to the Hill of Apparitions where the visionaries first saw Our Blessed Virgin Mary. Pray before the statue that symbolizes the place of the first apparition. In 1933 the villagers built a 30’ high cross on the anniversary of Jesus’ crucifixion on top of Cross Mountain (Krizevac). We will climb the mountain through the Stations of the Cross. Also, visit and pray at “Blue Cross”. A place of healings and graces at the foot of Apparition Hill. We will have the chance to attend meetings and talks with the visionaries (subject to their availability and health during our trip). We will also visit the community of Cenacolo (a rehab center). In the evening, we can join the villagers at 5:00pm (or 6:00pm daylight savings time) to pray the rosary. Followed by Croatian Mass during which there is the blessing of the items you have with you. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament or Veneration of The Cross takes place after the evening Croatian Mass, except on Wednesday and Saturdays. We will also have time for personal prayer and reflection.

DAY 7 MEDJUGORJE - DUBROVNIK - DUBLIN

Morning transfer to Dubrovnik. Enjoy a walking tour of the walled city of Dubrovnik ("the pearl of the Adriatic"). Late afternoon transfer to the airport to catch our flight to Dublin. After landing at Dublin Airport, complete customs and immigration formalities. Then your driver/guide will welcome you to Ireland and escort you and your luggage to the coach. Transfer to your hotel in Dublin for an overnight.

DAY 8 CO WICKLOW - TIPPERARY - CASHEL

Breakfast at Hotel and check-out. Today travel from Dublin to Tipperary with stop en route to Co Wicklow - known as the Garden of Ireland. Visit to Glengalough, an ancient monastic site, established in the 6th century by St. Kevin, in the heart of the Valley of the two Lakes (Glenn da Loch). This was a very important center of learning as well as pilgrimage destination. Take a guided tour of the site, including a Round Tower, ruins of a Cathedral and St Kevin's kitchen, surrounded by an old cemetary. Continue onward from Wicklow to Tipperary passing by the town of Castledermont and view the remnants of a Franciscan Abbey. Continue to Cashel for overnight and Dinner.

DAY 9 CASHEL - GALWAY

Breakfast at hotel and check-out. Travel from Tipperary to Galway taking in the famous Rock of Cashel before leaving the County of Tipperary. Rock of Cashel stands high in the middle of the Golden Vale. These religious buildings dating from the 12th century form the most spectacular medieval set in Ireland. The Cathedral, Round Tower and Cormac Chapel which is the first Romanesque church and are a testimony to the importance of the site which used to be the seat of the High Kings of Munster. Continue onwards to Galway with a stop to the Cliffs of Moher before arriving in Galway City. Meal and overnight at hotel in Galway Eyre Square.

DAY 10 WESTPORT

Breakfast at hotel and check-out. Drive from Galway to Westport and visit Croagh Patrick, Croagh Patrick is a 764 Meter mountain in the west of Ireland and an important pilgrimage site. It is 8 km from Westport, County Mayo above the villages of Murrisk and Lecanvey. It is the third highest mountain in County Mayo after MweeIrea and Nephin. On "Reek Sunday", the last Sunday in July every year, over 15,000 pilgrims climb it. Lunch in Westport Town (on your own, not included in package price) followed by check in to hotel.

DAY 11 KNOCK SHRINE - BUNRATTY

Breakfast at hotel and check-out. We will visit the Shrine of Knock. We will then travel from Mayo to Co Clare. Arrive to Bunratty with a visit to Bunratty Folk Park. Enjoy an evening of meal and entertainment at the Bunratty Banquet in the Bunratty Castle. Overnight in Bunratty.

DAY 12 RETURN HOME

Breakfast at Hotel. Check out. Transfer to Shannon Airport for return journey home.
